We’re teaming up with A Counter Full for an evening that brings together specialty cheeses and carefully selected beers in an intentional tasting experience. You’ll sample three distinctive cheeses, each chosen for its character and quality, alongside a curated beer flight designed to complement and contrast. Sometimes the beer softens a sharp cheese, sometimes the cheese lifts hidden notes in the beer, and sometimes the combination creates something entirely unexpected.
